Outreach Pilot ("the extension", "we") is a browser extension for Chrome and Edge that helps you plan LinkedIn outreach campaigns, track leads, and automate connection requests you initiate. This policy explains what data the extension collects, how it is used, and where it is stored.
Outreach Pilot is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.
| Data | Source | Where it's stored | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name, title, company, location, profile URL | Scraped from LinkedIn pages you actively visit while the extension is installed | Locally, in your browser's IndexedDB (via Dexie) | Build your personal lead list inside the extension |
| Campaign name, message templates, status | Entered by you in the extension | Locally, in your browser's IndexedDB | Run and track your outreach campaigns |
| Activity log (invites sent/accepted, timestamps) | Generated by the extension as it runs | Locally, in your browser's IndexedDB | Power the dashboard and enforce daily safety limits |
| Automation settings (daily limits, operating hours) | Entered by you | Locally, via chrome.storage.local | Configure automation pacing |
| Google account email and display name | Google Sign-In, only if you choose to sign in | Firebase Authentication (Google Cloud) | Identify your account for the paid subscription tier |
| Subscription status | Created when you complete checkout | Cloud Firestore (Google Cloud) | Determine whether premium features are unlocked |
We do not collect your LinkedIn password or LinkedIn session cookies. We do not collect browsing history outside of linkedin.com. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Leads, campaigns, and activity logs never leave your device unless you explicitly export them (e.g., CSV export, which you control). They are not transmitted to us or to any server.
If you sign in to unlock premium features, your Google account email and a subscription status flag are stored in our Firebase project so the extension can verify your plan. Payment itself is handled entirely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card number. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
*.linkedin.com — required so the extension can read and interact with LinkedIn pages; it is not active on any other site.Local data (leads, campaigns, logs, settings) can be deleted at any time by removing the extension or clearing its site data in your browser. To request deletion of your account/subscription record from our servers, contact us at the email below.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised and, for material changes, we will note it in the extension's release notes.
